Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ignis Career Institute, we strive to provide the best educational services. However, we understand that there may be situations where students need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Course Cancellation Policy
  • Students may request a cancellation before the start of the course.
  • Once the course has started, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  • For online courses, access to study material and live classes will be revoked upon cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees and one-time admission charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before course commencement, a full refund may be issued (excluding transaction fees).
  • Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 3 days of course commencement, a 50% refund may be granted.
  • No Refund: After 3 days of course commencement, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:

  • Medical emergencies (valid proof required).
  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Institute unable to deliver the promised course due to unforeseen reasons.
